Mr. Subhashbhai Dalal, is an acclaimed businessman and a well known Investor who was also a founder member as well as President of the erstwhile Vadodara Stock Exchange Limited since its inception in 1990s.

Due to his constant efforts and perseverance, Vadodara City got its own Stock Exchange despite of Gujarat had a Stock Exchange in Ahmedabad. Hence, the state of Gujarat had two stock exchanges which was a boon for the Investors and Stock Brokers. There is no other state in India with two stock exchanges; it is because of Mr. Shubhash Dalal that this miraculous event took place.

Mr. Subhash Dalal also played a vital role towards his social responsibilities and he became of Trusty of Narahari Hospital way back in 1990. He also became Honorary Secretary of Narahari Hospital. He has been also a pioneer in fund collection for the downtrodden by way of creating “Poor Patient Fund” and has remained a Trusty at Kalyan Sarvajanik Trust which not only cares for the poor people, but also equally looks after the animals which requires special care and shelter.

Currently he is the Chairman of VSE Stock Services Limited and still playing an active role in the Capital Market through the platform of KIFSL which is one of the most leading and renowned Stock Broking Companies in the Country.
