Surgery Department is also a predominant department which is sharing approximately 15 – 20 % of the total patients. It is also one of the oldest departments in the hospital which has been forging its path since decades through continued excellence in patient care through proper diagnosis and continuous innovation.

Various surgical procedures are performed every year ranging from routine to the specialized surgeries.  The goal of this department is to provide an enduring experience to all the patients by bring the surgical experience to a new level. A constant up gradation backed by experienced surgeons make sure that each surgical procedure is performed in the most systematic and error free manner.

We care for an average of 20,000 outpatients every year and performing more than 2000 operative procedures each year.

The Department continually seek and provide awareness towards all the patients as well as their families towards the pre surgical procedures as well as post surgical care and precautions to ensure the better recovery.
